About me
I spent over twenty-five years in the open-source and cloud developer tools industry. First, as a software engineer, and then as an engineering manager and director at Canonical and Heroku where I built successful high-performance remote engineering teams.
In recent years, I realized that the part I enjoyed the most in my role was the coaching and mentoring of leaders.
I then decided to reorient myself toward the coaching and training side. I did this internally at Salesforce before launching as an independent consultant.
The combination of my industry experience, as well as my background in sociology, and practitioner of meditation gives me a unique outlook on assisting leaders and teams to discover themselves.
